What are the cancellation conditions for a reservation?

Only written cancellations are accepted. The following conditions apply:

Up to 30 days before arrival - free cancellation
29 to 8 days before arrival - 70% of the accommodation price (excl. final cleaning and local tax)
7 to 1 day before arrival - 90% of the accommodation price (excl. final cleaning and local tax)
No-show without cancellation - 100% of the accommodation price (excl. final cleaning and local tax)

Is travel insurance necessary?

To avoid unnecessary cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out travel insurance. Until the start of a trip, something unplanned can happen to anyone (illness, accident, death in the family, ...).

Is a deposit necessary?

Yes, a deposit of 35% of the total amount is required.
After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation with all the necessary information.
